Music: Devon Kay and the Solutions “Decemberween”

Today we’re happy to bring you the premiere of a new(ish) song from Chicago pop punkers Devon Kay and the Solutions. Here to introduce the track is the man who puts the “Devon Kay” in “Devon Kay and the Solutions,” Mr. Devon Kay:

Whaddup Homies!

This is the last track off our first full length album Losing IT, out digitally and on a limited run of CDs October 1st through Artistic Integrity Records.

This song is called “Decemberween.” If you’re old enough to remember internet cartoons before that pesky high speed internet thing came along, you might just catch the reference. I seriously doubt it, though. We recorded an earlier version of this song a few Christmases ago for Mr. Matview and loved it so damn much that we plum made it better!

Be sure to check us out at FEST on Friday November 1st, Rocky’s Piano Bar, 5:20 Sharp! We’ll be slinging CDs and smashing beers!

If you happen to miss that LIKE AN IDIOT, you are more than welcome to catch us on tour after FEST with our pals, The Headies, as well as a few dates in Canada with new friends, Bummer. If you miss that, man, I don’t know what to tell you.

SHAM ON!
