Back in 2012, Stabbed in Back drummer Tim O’Hara got in touch with me about filming a Stripped Down Session with the band’s frontman Adam Hooks during Punk Rock Bowling. I really liked what I had heard of Stabbed in Back, but having just gotten married a few days prior and heading out to a club show every night, it just wasn’t in the cards.
Luckily the band was back at PRB this year and our schedules aligned to be able to film three songs with Hooks, Stabbed in Back tracks “Under the Black Flag” and “White People Problems” as well as a Hooks original, the Vegas/PRB-inspired “Goin’ to Vegas.”
