Maybe you know the song from the opening of the all-time holiday classic Gremlins. Maybe you heard it every December for 30 years on the Letterman show. Or maybe you’re one of the survivors of that year U2 covered it (what I refer to as the true “War on ‘Christmas’”).
However you first came across it, “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” is just a great song, and locals Eliza Battle did it justice with their interpretation for this year’s Holiday Session.
