Read More →Dead Country is a band I wasn’t familiar with before they were announced as openers for Alkaline Trio’s west coast tour, but all it took was one listen for them to get my attention. They play rock music with an obvious punk influence, bridging the gap between bands like Alkaline Trio and bands like Queens of the Stone Age, and they are damn good at what they do. Before their set at the Hard Rock Café on the Strip in Las Vegas, Dead Country vocalist/guitarist Nick Long was nice enough to sit down with Punks in Vegas to record a Stripped Down Session.
