Punks in Vegas has teamed up with Pulsar Presents to give away a free pair of tickets to see Finch at Backstage Bar and Billiards Dec. 13 with Souvenirs and Casey Bolles.
The contest ends on Friday, Dec. 11 at 6 a.m. PST. To win, you must be at least 21 years old and:
