Holding Onto Sound, The Clydesdale, and more will be performing downtown this week as part of the first annual Arts District Earth Day Cleaning event which runs from Wednesday 4/20 to Friday 4/22. This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy some good bands, some good company, and to do something positive for the community.
The event kicks off at 3:00PM each day, with the bands scheduled to go on between 6:30 and 7:00PM. It’s not too late to get a little cleaning in today, and there are still two more days to pitch in.
The event info and schedule can be found at Blackbird Studios’ website, the Facebook event page, and below:
We will be walking the streets of the Arts District each day armed with trash bags and an environmental conscientious. For 3 days we will come together and clean, revitalize, and celebrate our Mother Earth the way she deserves. Please come out and volunteer your time to your Arts District. Trash bags, gloves, and water will be provided. Each day will close with a local band at a venue in the Arts District. This a call to anyone who would like to help out. Bring a friend. Peace and love.
