This Holiday season, Punks in Vegas is teaming up with some of our favorite musicians to raise money and awareness for music education with special Holiday editions of the Stripped Down Sessions.
On December 20th, we will release all the holiday session audio tracks as a downloadable EP, and we ask that if you like what you hear, you follow the link to donate to the Manilow Music Foundation, a non-profit organization that donates instruments and materials to school music programs. Music education is something very important to all of us here at Punks in Vegas and we’re happy to be able to help out this year.
Today’s session comes from Brock Frabbiele, singer and guitarist for local punk band TheCore. Fresh off the release of TheCore.’s new EP Change. and home from a short East Coast tour with None More Black, Brock stopped by Punks in Vegas HQ to film an original song called “Another Christmas at a Bar.”
According to Frabbiele, “music education is just important for everyone, parents and kids alike. It keeps kids out of trouble. It keeps kids happy. It builds heart. It builds character.”
