Brian K Vaughan said “Every writer has 10,000 pages of shit in them, and the only way your writing is going to be any good at all is to work hard and hit 10,001.” Well, I’m not quite at 10,000 pages yet, but with 4 years under my belt, I guess that means the best is yet to come?

Of course, I wouldn’t be able to flex those creative muscles without all of you, the people reading the site, sharing our videos, playing and booking shows, volunteering time to write, photograph and edit for the site and just for being plain awesome. It continues to be a pleasure running this thing for you.

I’d especially like to thank everyone who came out to the 4 year bash, and the bands that played – No Red Alice, Eliza Battle, Brock Frabbiele & Steady Hands. And we want to especially especially thank Ralph at Alternate Reality for being kind enough to host! We can’t think of a better place to have held our anniversary party than our favorite comic shop. Too cool.

In guess, in the words of the great Descendents, “I just want to say / Thank you for playing the way you play.”
