Local guitarist/vocalist Brendan Scholz has been putting a lot of time into his solo project Mercy Music lately, but that doesn’t mean that his band Deadhand is over. Far from it, the trio, which also features Aaron Weislogel on drums and Jarred Cooper on bass has released a brand new song “Unsettling,” their first new track since their excellent, self-titled debut in 2011.
“Unsettling” was recorded at Camel Hump Studios and will be featured on the upcoming compilation Desert Rats with Baseball Bats. In the meantime, you can stream “Unsettling” below.
