According to a post on the official Punk Rock Bowling facebook, the club shows taking place at the Fremont Country Club – Strung Out on May 24, Agnostic Front on May 25 and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes on May 26 – have been changed from 18+ to 21+.
The post reads:
“We regret to inform you that due to permitting issues between the city of Las Vegas and the Fremont Country Club, ALL 3 SHOWS at the Fremont Country Club during PRB have been changed to 21+ So if you bought a ticket from Punk Rock Bowling for any of the 3 shows at the Fremont Country Saloon (Strung Out, Guttermouth Friday, Agnostic Front, The Business Saturday and Me First & The Gimme Gimme’s Sunday) and you are under the age of 21 the club cannot allow you entrance. We will refund your ticket! Please email bowling@byorecords.com with your full name and email address used to purchase the ticket and the credit card will be refunded. At this late date we won’t be able to get to refunds until after June 1. Of course you are welcome to sell your ticket to someone else as the shows are sold out and you should have no problem finding people interested in buying the tickets. We apologize to everyone for this unfortunate situation, but it is beyond our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.”
It’s not clear yet what this means for future shows at the venue, though a quick look at their facebook page reveals that tonight’s show with The Neighbourhood has also been changed to 21+.
