The Shell Corporation is a San Francisco-based punk rock band whose sound is like a cross between A Wilhelm Scream and Hot Water Music. I met up with them while they were in town on their latest tour and I’m glad I did, because this stuff is just plain good.
Filmed at the Las Vegas Natural History Museum, the songs are “Not Me” and “Organize the Committee (for public safety)” from their recently released Time & Pressure EP as well as “Atlas Needs a Hug,” a new song that will be appearing on an upcoming split with fellow Stripped Down Session alumni The Mighty Fine.
