Indie folk outfit Rusty Maples is one of the hardest working, most talented bands in Vegas. And they recently toured with Chuck Ragan and had a song featured on NBC’s Nashville – so I don’t think they’ll be Vegas’ little secret much longer.
The guys came over to PIV photographer Aaron Mattern’s a few weeks ago to record two songs from their recently-released The Western World EP and one song from 2012’s Make Way. If you like what you hear you can purchase their music on Bandcamp.
You can see Rusty Maples on Dec. 19 at the Peggy’s Attic Unwrapped Gift Drive at the Bunkhouse Saloon with Mercy Music, TheCore. and Travis Hayes. More info for that show can be found via facebook.
