Pop punk band The Story So Far has come a long way since their last Vegas show, opening for We are the Union and I Call Fives at the Box Office in 2011. At their Hard Rock Café show opening for New Found Glory earlier this week, there were almost as many people in attendance for them as for the veteran headliners. Those fans undoubtedly went off the hardest during set closer and album single “Quicksand.”
It’s fitting that The Story So Far would be chosen to open for New Found Glory on the Sticks and Stones anniversary tour, both because the band took their name from the Sticks and Stones album closer and because the quartet seem poised to become the NFG of the new generation.
